Working principle

Main components of the system

1.JS2000 concrete mixer

• Shaft end sealing technology effectively prevents soil from entering and facilitates cleaning;

• Anti-sticking shaft technology, reducing the frequency and workload of mainframe cleaning;

2.Dosing system-PLD3200

• Four aggregate bins, configurable with four types of sand and aggregates

• The volume of each bin can reach 18m³, storing more materials and effectively improving the efficiency of the loader.

• Four weighing hoppers, each aggregate is weighed individually for more accurate batching.

• 1000mm wide belt for high dosing efficiency

3. Weighing system

• It is mainly divided into aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing;

• High degree of intelligence, all weighing adopts electronic scale, microcomputer control;

• High metering accuracy with buffer device and automatic compensation;

• Aggregate weighing accuracy is controlled at ±2%;

• Weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and admixture reaches ±1%.

4. Conveying system-aggregate belt conveyor

• Aggregate belt conveyor has small inclination angle, gentle arrangement and high conveying efficiency;

• Single door discharge opening, single cylinder discharge door, smooth material flow;

• Octagonal discharging hopper, unique variable diameter discharging port design, stable and smooth conveying;

• The aggregation process is fully automated and efficient.

5. Material storage system - cement silo

• Powders are stored in fully enclosed steel silos;

• Additives are stored in steel containers;

• Good storage.

6. Electronic control systems

• Intelligent operating system, automatic system diagnosis, stable and reliable;

• Authorization control can be set up according to customer requirements;

• The operator's entire operation can be recorded;

7. Dust removal system

• The powder bin adopts imported dust collector.
