Amplitude setting: The adjustment of vibration amplitude is crucial to the performance of the vibrating screen. Increasing the amplitude is conducive to solid phase conveying and improving processing capacity, while reducing the amplitude is conducive to extending the life of the screen and vibrator bearings. When adjusting the amplitude, it is necessary to turn off the power, remove the protective cover on the vibrator, turn the outermost one of each pair of counterweights on the vibrator shaft, change the exciting force generated by the vibrator, and place the counterweight at the same percentage of the maximum exciting force, and finally lock the eccentric weight.

Circuit connection: Correct circuit connection is the key to ensure the safe operation of the vibrating screen. The factory electrical system is usually equipped with an independent overload protection device, and the two vibrators are interlocked to prevent serious damage to the equipment when one vibrator fails. When connecting the circuit, it is necessary to note that the threaded mating surfaces of the motor terminal box and the terminal box must be coated with sealant to prevent water from entering during operation; the wire inlet at the bottom of the switch must be sealed to prevent the vibrating screen from being used for a long time after leaving the factory and prevent water vapor from entering the rusty center of the machine; ensure that the wiring of the vibration motor connection port is properly tightened to avoid severe vibration causing cable fatigue fracture.

Screen box angle adjustment device: The adjustment of the screen box angle can be carried out while the equipment is running without stopping. When adjusting, it is necessary to pull out the pin, turn the handwheel, and move the adjustment device up and down. After adjusting to the required screen box angle, insert the pin. Continue to turn the handwheel to move the movable part downward, so that the bolt is stressed and the inner screw is bent without stress. Adjust the other side to make the angles on both sides the same. Since the sliding surface of the angle adjustment device is exposed, grease must be added frequently to prevent rust.

Installing the screen: When installing the screen, when loosening the tension bolts to tighten the screen, do not completely remove the nuts, etc. Turn the tension bolts 90 degrees to make it flat and pull it out of the long hole of the screen hook plate, then take out the screen hook plate and take out the screen. When the screen is tensioned, the left hook plate should be in a vertical position, the right hook plate should be tensioned, and then tighten the left tension bolt. The screen and the screen frame vibrate synchronously and must not be separated. The hook edge screen is divided into two types: ordinary hook edge screen and pre-tightened liner hole plate hook edge screen. The pre-tightened liner hole plate hook edge screen has a 2 mm thick punching liner at the bottom. The screen tension should be as large as possible, so that the distance between the spring steel wires is 0.5~1.0mm.

Lubrication operation: After the vibrating screen has been working for 2 months, each bearing on the vibrator is lubricated once, and each bearing grease nozzle is added with about 10g of grease. Only KluberISOflex grease can be used, and NB52 or NBl52 grease can be selected according to the use environment.

Replacing the vibrator: When replacing the vibration motor, you must understand its internal structure. The eccentric block structure of the S250 horizontal elliptical vibrating screen vibration motor is different from that of general vibration motors. The eccentric blocks on both sides are not at the same angle. The inner eccentric block is a fixed eccentric block with a keyway. When the vibrating screen leaves the factory, a keyway is added to the inner eccentric block of the upper motor, which is 45° to the original keyway; the key is installed in this position when leaving the factory to ensure a fixed angle.
